A former Cu-Au-Pb-Ag-Zn occurrence/mine located in the N½SE¼NE¼ sec. 30, T49N, R5E, BM, at the headwaters of Carbon Creek approximately 7.3 miles (11.8 kilometers) from Wallace, Idaho. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

The US Bureau of Mines lists the mine as having produced from 1907 to 1949 5,700 tons of ore containing 19,000 ounces of silver, 876,000 pounds of lead, 7,400 pounds of zinc, 540 pounds of copper, and 3 ounces of gold.
