Mines in the Corbera ravine and Molinars stream. The mines of Corbera exploited veins one meter thick in a length of approx. 50 meters. The mineralization consisted of chalcopyrite. The mine located near the Molinars stream valley, called Mas Buxó mine, was extracted pyrite. In this case, the mineral was also associated with a vein of quartz and was exploited in a gallery in a length of nearly 200 m.
The Cortés mine, also called La Rica (1884), Aurora (1861), San José (1877) or Margarita (1898), depending on the different registrars, is a situated farm in the ravine of Corbera, near the stream of Molinàs, formed by two mines. The first is composed of a gallery about 50 meters long level of the Corbera river, completely flooded, which possibly connects with a missing well, of which only the soil can be seen, located about 30 meters up the mountain. The second mine is located a hundred meters upstream, currently they can observe the remains of two buildings of a certain size. According to the Portbou census of 1857, the "Aurora mine house" had one inhabitant fixed, which confirms its importance.
