Deposit: Several veins in the area-i.e. Big chief, compressor, zero, and vein no 10. Located in 1911 by joseph nenzel. Work began on the claims in 1912. In january 1913, nenzel incorporated the nenzel crown point co. To take over the claims. Developed by a shaft, an adit driven to the shaft. Deposit type: Low-sulfide Au-quartz vein
Development: Work began in 1912. In january 1913, nenzel incorporated the nenzel gowd point co. To take over the claims. No apparent activity in 1984
Geology: Several veins in the area most of them intersected by the crosscut. The most important veins were called the big chief, compressor, zero, and vein no. 10, and no. 5. The more compact quartz carried some zincblende & covellite.
