A former underground Ag-Au-Pb-Cu-Zn mine located about ½ mile SSW of the Silver Belt Mine, on the NE slopes of the Bradshaw Mountains. Discovered about 1919 and operated 1922-1923. Owned by F.M. Anderson & Co. (Oct 1915-Jun 1923); Double O Metals Co. (Oct 1928-Feb 1931).
Mineralization is a vein deposit that strikes N.20ºE. and dips 70ºW with a tabular ore body hosted in the Lower Unit Spud Mountain Volcanics, and ranges in width from a few inches to several feet. Country rock is blocky amphibolite and some massive, fine-grained diorite. Ore control was faulting and shearing. Concentration processes were oxidation and enrichment at near surface. No alteration noted.
Workings include a shaft 230 feet deep and another about 520 feet deep; a winze on the bottom level is 185 feet deep. Lateral workings existed on 7 levels extending off the shaft.
