Structure: Part Of The Range Front Fault System.
Alteration: Decalcification Of Ore Zone And Wall Rocks; Feox-Staining And Jasperoidal Silicification Locally.
Deposit: Discovery year: 1970's ore occurs in an E- W striking fault zone that intersects the ne-striking pinson fault in the a pit immediately to the west of c-zone. First production year: scheduled for 1993
Deposit type: Carbonate-hosted Au-Ag
Development: Discovered by mapping and drilling while developing the original pinson orebody. Several benches of overburden had been stripped from the c-zone orebody As of 3/92. Activity was planned to resume in 1993. ; econ.com: mill recovery expected to be 85-90%.
Rock formation(s): Granodiorite Stock
