Star Claim
Structure: Faults; Brecciation Of Ore
Commodity: Ore is medium-dark gray, shattered chlorite with trace of talc. Western ore body is mostly talc with some chlorite
Deposit: Talcose bodies occur along contact of dolomite and hornfels for a strike length of 1200 feet. Ore bodies have partly faulted contacts with dolomite. Western orebody is conformable to bedding in hornfels in places and crosscuts it elsewhere.
Development: Explored in 1940's with no production. In mid-1950's-controlled by roy knight As the star claim. Produced in 1954 and 1955.
