Proterozoic marble and phyllite of the Zhenzhumen and Huashan Formations. Outcrops at the mine property include marble of the Huashan Formation and Jurassic granitoids. Ore of the Shansonggang deposit is comprised of small sulfide lenses and mineralized quartz-carbonate veins.
