A salt deposit located 3.1 km (1.9 miles) ESE of Heaker, on private land. Discovered in 1902 by Patillo Higgins. Operated by the Texas Brine Corporation. MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated. The structure was proved by drilling in 1902.

Mineralization is a salt dome deposit (Mineral occurrence model information: Model code: 252; USGS model code: 35a.4 (35ad); Deposit model name: Salt domes: diapiric salt structures), hosted in the Louann salt. The ore body has a depth-to-top of 262.13 meters. The depth to caprock is 630 feet and to the salt it is 860 feet. Salt volume was calculated at 1.3 cubic miles to 10,560 feet. Local rocks include rocks of the Beaumont Formation, areas predominantly clay.

Local geologic structures include a piercement salt some.

Workings include the wells and surface infrastructure for the solution mining of salt.
