Bende (in Walloon Binde) is a sub-municipality of the Belgian town of Durbuy located in the Walloon Region in the province of Luxembourg. Bende has only been a municipality in the province of Luxembourg since 1839. Before that, it was part of the department of Sambre-et-Meuse. It was created under the French regime by the meeting of the localities of Bende and Jenneret. It was a municipality in its own right before the merger of municipalities in 1977.
