Old abandoned Lower Permian (Rotliegend) porphyry (quartz rhyolite) quarry, on the top of unnamed hill 386m north of Wolbromek village.
The upper part of the stratigraphic profile of the Kaczawskie Mountains - deposition began in late Carboniferous, and sediments of a similar nature arose to the end of the Permian Rotliegend, with a significant share of volcanites, formed in a terrestrial environment.
Three lithostratigraphic units were distinguished:
- formation from Świerzawa,
- formation from Wielisławka
- formation from Bolesławiec.
here represented of Wiełisławka Formation.
