Alteration: Some Silication

Deposit: Copper prospect the kinsley consolidated mines co. Claims are located about 1/8 mile E. Of intrusive contact, in dolomite marble, and near quartz monzonite dike that strikes nefrom the stock. The property was developed by nixans of a 100' shaft, and 4 adits. The copper ores were worked on the property. This property was possibly one of the earlier operators at the district. ; info.src : 1 pub lit

Deposit type: W skarn

Development: This property was possibly one of the earlier operations in the district.

Geology: Pale garnet at main shaft has pale garnet-diopside skarn grey silified qtz porphyry. At shaft n30deg E vertical quartz vein, n50 deg W vert. Quartz vein n50 deg W vert. Fracture zone in marble. N-s vert. Shear zone with/pods jasper & gossan along pt. Wall rock while marble laced w/silica veinlets. Workings above shaft, replacement pode occur in limestone along bedding & x-cutting fractures.-beddingis horizontal to gently folded fractures n50 W n65 sw-n30 deg E vert.
