Stožice is a village and municipality (obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 7.59 square kilometres (2.93 sq mi).

Stožice lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) south-east of Strakonice, 30 km (19 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 108 km (67 mi) south of Prague.
