A pegmatite occurrence/prospect located in the NE¼ sec. 20, T29N, R17W, G&SRM.

Mineralization is a pyrite-bearing aplitic dike that strikes ENE and dips 40 to 45S. The dike is about 0.5 meters wide and has rather sharp contacts with altered and silicified, feldspathic gneiss. Nearby is a coarse-grained magnetite-rich pegmatite.

Workings include surface openings comprised of prospect pits.
