A Au-Cu occurrence/prospect located in the SE¼ sec. 32, T30N, R17W, G&SRM.

Mineralization is a lenticular, discontinuous quartz-carbonate-sulfide vein. Lenticular masses of sulfide are largely altered to limonitic boxwork. Gneissic inclusions are sericitized.

Workings include surface openings comprised of a prospect pit about 3 meters deep.
