A former underground Au-Ag-Be mine located on the NE branch of the Tom Reed vein. Discovered 1915 by J.L. McIvers. Operated 1915-1916 and ultimately closed in 1924 with ore exhausted. Owned by the United Eastern Mining Co. (1913).

Mineralization is an lenticular oreshoot 25 feet wide at the 465 foot level. At its maximum it is 950 feet long, 750 feet high and 48 feet wide. The ore consisted partly of massive quartz with adularia and calcite and partly of stringers separated by barren andesite.

Major veins in the region are NW-trending fissure veins, NW-trending fissure vein with Gold Road Latite to the NE and OatmanAndesite to the SW branches of the main Tom Reed vein.

Workings included 2 shafts. Production was some 511,976 tons of ore.
