A Au-Ag-Mo-W-Cu-Zn mine located about 20 miles from Kingman. Owned at times, or in part, by the Telluride Chief Co. & Standard Minerals Co., then W. Myers, F.C. Walker, J.M. Cochrane & W.E. Little (1935-37). Discovered 1916 and prospected in 1918.

Prevailing rock is medium-grained granite intruded by dikes of aplite and pegmatite. The granite has been broken by rather extensive fissures marked by iron-stained outcrops and coarse, flaky sericitic alteration. Many of the fissures contain quartz veins of which 2 systems are readily evident. Those of the more prominent system strike N.30ºW. and dip steeply SW-ward. The other system strike is NE-ward and the dip is steeply SE-ward. Vein filling consists of coarsely crystalline, dull-white quartz with outcrops locally honeycombed after pyrite and stained with oxides of iron, molybdenum and tungsten.

Workings include a 450 foot deep shaft and some drifts.
