Structure: Dioritic Rock And Limst. Cut By Aplite Dikes

Deposit: An old shaft is reported to have cut iron ore near the bottom. Several shafts, adits and numerous surface scrapings dot the area. Some copper prospecting apparent ; info.src : 1 pub lit

Deposit type: Skarn Fe

Geology: Vicinity of mine, diorite metamorphosed and near the contact with limst. It is schistose, with planes of schistosity striking N 20 W and dipping 45 e. Lmst. Strikes N and dips 75 w.

Ore(s): Ore Found Along Contact Between Limst. And Diorite; Most Of It In Diorite
