A former underground Ag-Au mine located in north-central sec. 30, T.20N., R.20W., NW of Oatman. Discovered 1894. Produced 1902, 1933-1935 & 1942.

Mineralization is the Ruth vein, that strikes Westward and dips about 80ºN. The orebody generally is less than 2 feet wide and consists of calcite, quartz, breccia and green fluorite. On the 200 foot level, the vein reportedly is 1 foot wide with only a 1 inch streak of rich ore. The orebody is lenticular. The host rock unit is the Times Porphyry. Associated rock units include the Moss Porphyry, Times Porphyry, Datman Andesite and Gold Road Latite.

A NNW to WNW-trending vein and fault system occurs in Tertiary volcanic rocks. The country rock exhibits two structures, which are variable. One structure trends N15ºE. and dips steeply to the east and the second trends E-W and dips steeply to the north.

Workings include a 200 foot deep shaft and about 200 feet of drifts and considerable stoping on the 100 foot level.
