A former Cu-Zn-Ag-Pb-Au-Be-U-gemstones occurrence/mine located in the NE¼ sec. 8, T22N, R17W, G&SRM, about 10 miles North of Kingman, on Bureau of Land Management administered land. Owned by Mr. Jim Kane (1951). Owned by Walter Ennis, Arizona (1975). Operated by the Cerbat Mineral Company, Ltd., California (1975). The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 500-1,000 meters.

The Silver, Eddy, and Tub mines are said to be located on the same vein or lode, which in the Silver mine attains a width of about 100 feet. The Silver mine, owned by James Mulligan, is said to be developed mainly by'shallow shafts and several hundred feet of drift. The ore is of low grade, containing principally gold and silver values, and is said to concentrate well.


Mineralization is a polymetallic deposit hosted in Precambrian gneiss, amphibolite and granite. The ore body strikes N60W and dips 60NE at ba width of 6.1 meters (20 feet). A wide shear zone strikes N60ºW and dips steeply NE. Individual veins and shears within this zone contain sulfides in siderite gangue. Mineralization is associated with a Late Cretaceous porphyry intrusion. One vein about 3 feet (1 meter) wide contains small amounts of radioactive material. No U minerals were recognized but pitchblende was reported. Associated rocks include Neoproterozoic granite. Local rocks include Early Proterozoic metamorphic rocks

Regional geologic structures include Precambrian schistosity N30E. Late Cretaceous veins, fissures, and dikes NW to NNW regionally.

Workings include underground openings comprised of 3 adit levels.
