A Ag-Au occurrence/prospect/mine located in the NE¼ sec. 11, T23N, R16W, G&SRM, NNE of Kingman. Owned by Frank Noli, and Jerome Carrow, Arizona (1946). The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 100 meters.

Mineralization is a group of eschelon veins striking N55-75W and dipping 55-70NE. The lower adit is on a N45W-striking, 65º-dipping fracture zone containing irregular quartz, iron carbonate and pyrite veinlets. The fracture zone is 5 cm wide in gneissic granodiorite. The upper adit is on a quartz vein system varying from 1 to 60 cm in thickness. It occupies a N55W-striking, 55º NE-dipping fault in the gneissic granodiorite. The system consists mostly of a zone 8 cm to 0.6 meters wide that is made up of branching quartz veinlets. A third prospect explores a fracture-vein system which strikes N75W. and includes individual quartz veinlets as much as 8 cm wide. Sericitization of the gneissic granodiorite extends about 3 meters out from the fracture-vein system. Free gold was noted in oxidized vein material on the dump. Individual veins may contain variable amounts of the other minerals. Local rocks include Quaternary surficial deposits, undivided.

Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of 2 adits and a prospect opening. The lower adit is 7 meters long and includes a 7 meter open cut. The upper adit is 13 meters long.
