Located on the East Fork of Moon Creek approximately 3.0 miles (4.8 kilometers) from the confluence of Moon Creek and the South Fork of the Coeur d' Alene River (approximately 5 miles (8 kilometers) from Kellogg, Idaho.
The US Bureau of Mines lists the mine as producing from 1902 to 1930 4,600 tons of ore containing 16,000 ounces of silver, 734,000 pounds of lead, 78,000 pounds of zinc, 31,000 pounds of copper, and 31 ounces of gold.
