Alteration: Kaolinization

Deposit: Mine workings are along N 50 E vertical sheared contact of layered volcanic rocks and granodiorite; large outcrop of Fe-oxide-stained volcanic breccia to east of mine area. Volcanics and granodiorite are Fe-oxide stained and kaolinized. Layering in volcanics trends N 10 e, 30 se. Sample 2813 was taken from n-s vein in largest adit. Sample 1486 was of altered rhyolite, Fe-mn-stained.

Development: Recently staked in 1984
