A former Ag-Cu-Zn-Pb-Au-S occurrence/mine located in the N½SW¼ sec. 32, T23N, R17W, G&SRM, 1.0 km (0.6 mile) WNW of Stockton Hill (coordinates of record) and 7 miles SE of Chloride, about 2.7 miles NNW of Silver Mountain, on Bureau of Land Management administered land. Discovered in 1865. Owned by the Willimington (sic) Trust Co., Arizona. Operated 1901 through 1948. The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 500 meters.

Mineralization is a polymetallic deposit hosted in schist with an ore body in lenses. The ore body strikes N60W and dips 70NE at a width of 6.1 meters. The mineralization is associated with a Lower Cretaceous porphyry intrusion. Precambrian schistosity strikes N30E. Veins, fissures and dikes strike NW to NNW regionally. Associated rocks include Neoproterozoic Granite. Local rocks include Early Proterozoic granitic rocks.

Workings include underground openings with a length of 609.6 meters and an overall depth of 91.44 meters and comprised of 2 tunnels, 1,200 feet and 400 feet long, 4 large stopes, 1 raise of 300 feet to surface.

Production statistics: Year: 1945; ore (accurate): ^3.94% Pb, 5.05% Zn, 0.50 %Cu, 0.07 ounces Au/ton, 7.30 Ounces Ag/ton. Ag = 206 grams/metric ton; Au = 2 grams/metric ton; Cu = 1 weight percent; Pb = 4 weight percent; Zn = 5 weight percent.
