Silver and other ore minerals in calcite veins along a diabase (= dolerite) vein in older rocks (gneisses...).
An old mine worked about 1720-1735, now filled in. The dumps was completely removed and used for expansion and reparing of the road Havsøyveien in 1979-1982. The remnants are now located in a private garden.
