A former small Turquoise mine located in the SW ¼ sec. 17, T.19S., R.25E, 1 mile NW of Courtland, on private land.

Mineralization is thin, irregular stringers and small lenses of turquoise in joints and fractures in granite and Bolsa Quartzite along the intrusive contact.

Workings are shallow and underground. At least several hundred pounds of turquoise were produced since the late 1800's, 50 lbs. since 1926.
