A former Cu-Pb-Ag-Au occurrence/mine located in the NW¼ sec. 16, T20S, R22E, approximately 2 miles SW of Tombstone, on private land. Produced 1922-1924. Operated by Mr. Paul A. Smith.

Mineralization is hosted in Laramide Uncle Sam intrusive porphyry. The deposit consists of siliceous, oxidized Cu-Pb ores along a fracture zone.

Workings include small surface and underground openings comprised of a shallow shaft and pit.

About 184 tons of ore were shipped during 1922-1924.
