A former small surface Au-Pb-Ag-Cu-Mn mine group located in the SW ¼ sec. 23, T.14S., R.27E, approximately 3½ miles NE of Dos Cabezas, on private land.
Mineralization is lensing quartz stringers with minor base metal sulfides associated with shear zones along a rhyolite-Cretaceous slate contact.
Workings are shallow. A few hundred tons of ore were produced from this mine group in the late 1880's and some 20 tons in 1932.
