A former surface and underground Pb-Ag-Cu occurrence/mine located in North-central sec. 9, T16S, R23E, 4.5 miles SE of Johnson, on private land. Owned by the Stroud Brothers (Arizona Cleveland Mining Co.). Discovered and first produced in 1911.

Mineralization is hosted in Escabrosa Limestone and is comprised of oxidized lead and copper sulfides along shear zones in the Paleozoic limestone trending NE mineralized by replacement. The ore body is tabular. Cliff-forming limestone and dolomite. Metal ratios and grade same as those for the Texas-Arizona Mine.

Local structures include Tertiary block faulting trending NNW. Regionally, Late Cretaceous or Early Tertiary N- to NW-trending folds and thrust aults override to the NE.

Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of a pit and one short adit opening.

A few tons of picked, high-grade ore were produced in 1911.
