A small quarry 300m north of the farm Flaen, near Grorud.
Note: Oftedal & Sæbø (1963, 1965) describes minerals from a quarry located east of Grorud, and refer to it by mistake as Flaen Quarry. Kvamsdal (1998) has showed that the minerals they are discussing are in fact from the larger Kristiansen Quarry .
The Flaen farm is probably lost for ever, because the area called Flaen is now covered by houses. However, at an aerial picture of 1937 a potential quarry can be seen at the given coordinates. Note that this locality is not far from the Rødtvet locality. Also here there were signs of activity: 59.9572313906172,10.866808891296388
