A former small underground Ag-Cu-Pb-Mn mine located in South-central sec. 10 and North-central sec. 15, T.17S., R.31E, about 3 miles NW of Portal, on private land. Operated by the Bradshaw-Arizona Mining Co., May, Hyde And Scott, at some time.
Mineralization is spotty silver chlorides and silver values associated with alabandite and minor base metal sulfides in a shear zone and in pyrometamorphosed Permian Colima Limestone bordering an intrusive porphyry dike. The vein averages 2½ feet (0.8 meters) wide.
Workings include a shaft which was a 185 foot incline in 1926. Some 180 tons of ore was produced intermittently between 1907 and 1930.
