An U occurrence located in sec. 15, T16N, R23E, G&SRM, about 13.4 km (8.3 miles) E of Woodruff. The geographic coordinates presented are approximate to the center of sec. 15.

Mineralization is an U deposit with some pyrite associated with petrified logs in the lower Chinle Formation.
