Bog iron deposits on wetland areas of Kadłub village. Extracted at the beginning of the 18th century, in 1718 a high blast furnace was built here. Kadłub was transformed into the center of iron production in the region. In 1845 it was noted that the furnace smelt about 400 tons of iron. Unfortunately, the deposits were quickly exhausted, and the mining and metallurgy industry also quickly disappeared.
There was also a brickyard on clay and silt deposits
