Köppen climate type:
An open pit 2 kilometres north of the Evanston-Mulline and Davyhurst-Mulline Road junction. Large numbers of historic shafts are found north and south of the pit. Developed by Pancontinental Mining in the late 1980's. They extracted 119 600 tonnes of ore at 3.38 g/t for 12 600 ounces of gold. More information needed.
At the time of writing the area north of the intersection, including the Lady Jane mine is part of an active prospector camp.
