Grunnstoll II is an adit reported to be around 300m long. Most of the adit is waterfilled; only the first 40m is above the water level. The first 15m penetrates a coarse grained granite, whereas the remainder of the accessible part of the adit show a felsic gneiss

Both massive sphalerite ore and semi-massive sphalerite-chalkopyrite ore can be found on the dump.
