Vanadium/titanium. It was owned in the latter 1980's by Ferrovanadium Corporation led by mining entrepreneur Peter Briggs. An American firm called American Depository Receipts had invested in the project, then launched a class action, claiming the vanadium and titanium resources had been overstated. Reed Resources took over in 2003. Some drilling has taken place but presently (2013) no complete geology report has been released. It has been described as an 11 kilometre snake-like body of hematite completely pseudomorphing magnetite crystals. Oxidised 50-60 metres below the surface with sulphide ore underneath.
(Neometals, 2018) shows the deposit following the Barrambie Range, the lease including many of the old gold locations under this sub-heading. At present the Mindat co-ordinates for this location match those for the Barrambie Goldfield under Minedex.
