Approximately 30 kilometres north-west of Cue along Cue-Beringarra Road. A low ridge trends south-west to north-east. This last part borders the road to the west, where the road makes a sharp turn heading north-west then turns north-east.. Along the ridge are a couple of groups of trenches some 200 metres apart. Isolated shafts may exist elsewhere in the area.
Discovered by Harris mid 1937. Six prospecting leases were quickly pegged in the vicinity. In 1940 the Paraliser mine produced 172 ounces from 156 tonnes of ore. No more historically was found.
A modern exploration company in 2015 stated gold was found in footwall amphibolite.
