An Hg occurrence/mine located in the NW¼SW¼SE¼ sec. 35, T6S, R24W, 5thPM, 8.6 km (5.3 miles) NNE of Pike City, on the South side of Wall Mountain, near Murfreesboro. Owned by Ozan Graysonia Lumber Company (1965); operated by Wall Mountain Mercury Corp; operated by Mid-Continent Quicksilver Corporation. Started 1935 and closed in 1941. The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 100 meters.
Mineralization is an Hg deposit hosted in fractured Pennsylvanian Jackfork Sandstone. The ore body dips 45E. The aggregate thickness of small ore bodies is about 8 feet. Controls for ore emplacement included faults in sandstone and sharp folds. Carboniferous formations dip S and are deformed by thrust faults, tear faults, bedding plane faults, and folds.

Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of feature shafts (110 foot shaft), trenches, pits & a mill site.
