A former talc mine located in the SE¼ sec. 1, T2N, R13E, MDM, 2.8 km (1.7 miles) W of Sugarloaf Hill (coordinates of record), and 2.6 km (1.6 miles) NNE of Carson Hill (town). MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.

Mineralization is a talc/soapstone deposit. Most of the rock has been mapped as ankerite-talc schist. Local rocks include pre-Cenozoic metasedimentary and metavolcanic rocks undivided. .

Several tons of production. The deposit was worked for a few months in 1925. Now idle and all equipment removed.
