Located about one mile South of State Route 180 on the East side of Ready Pay Gulch.
Claims covering the deposit were located in the late 1880's and some manganiferous gold-silver ore was produced at that time. In 1953 and 1954 41 long tons of hand-sorted ore averaging 20.6% mn was produced.
The deposit occurs as narrow strands and irregular masses, at the intersection and, along 2 fractures. One fracture strikes almost due East and dips 50 North, the other fracture strikes N 20 E and is nearly vertical. The better ore ranges from 2 ft to 4 ft thick with local swells of low-grade ore up to 8 ft thick. Two unpatented claims.
Workings reported in 1961 consisted of 3 open cuts up to 40 ft long, a few pits and some inaccessible underground workings.
