A former Au occurrence/mine located in the NE¼ sec. 33, T1S, R11E, SBM, about 10.6 km W of New Dale and 8.6 km (5.3 miles) SSW of Old Dale (13.5 miles ESE from Twentynine Palms).

NOTE: This locality is not listed in the USGS MRDS database; however, it is prominently reflected on topo maps by this very name.

Workings include underground openings, comprised of about 8 shafts (mostly shallow) and 3 adits. Within a perimeter of 120 yards are the remains of 7 shafts, about 600 yards W are the remains of 3 adits and 1 shaft.
