Abandoned quarry in orthogneiss (and minor amphibolite).
Located along the road from Horn to Irnfritz, approximately 4.5 km NNW of Horn.

In the early 1990s a chalcopyrite-dominated mineralisation was found in quartz layers. Most minerals listed were detected as small grains in polished sections. The occurrence of native silver as tiny droplets in chalcopyrite is unusual.
