An antimony mine located close to the border with Potosi Department, which was first operated as the Terremoto mine by Julio Villarpando, who sold it to the Finigan brothers from Canada. The Finigan brothers operated it under the name Pepito mine in the 1930s.
The Cacachaca area is in frequent upheaval because of boundary conflicts here between Oruro and Potosí departments, and some references place this mine in Bustillos province on the Potosí side of the border.
