Three small pits with remnants from old mining (sulphide ore) located on Tårstadosen close to the river, 500 m north of the bridge.
Mining period: Started in 1636 and finally closed in 1940. The period with the largest activity was in 1906-1907.
Massive pyrite and calcite is abundant. Some specimens with quartz crystals covering pyrite have been found.
The LIDAR map is inconclusive, but around 68.46784,16.64692 there are possibly signs of mining activity.
