Located south of Giles Columbite pegmatite pit, and north of Giles Elbaite pegmatite. It is a series of pits prospected for columbite after 1945, its history unknown, but the extent of the pits indicates some mining took place. Large masses of columbite can be seen, but not the famous crystals of the nearby Giles Columbite pegmatite. It has a wall zone of quartz-microcline-muscovite, albite (cleavelandite) zone, and a white quartz core. Turn off the main Kalgoorlie-Norseman Highway at the same location as for Giles Elbaite pegmatite, travel west, then after 1.25 kilometres the second track to the north, and the pegmatite is 700 metres north.
