An area with agates and petrified wood mostly found weathered from the Jurassic basaltic andesite lavas and sediments. It includes two designated free fossicking areas, the Lune River fossicking area (http://www.mrt.tas.gov.au/portal/en/lune-river) and the Coal Hill fossicking area (http://www.mrt.tas.gov.au/portal/en/coal-hill). There are also zeolites in some of the basaltic and doleritic rocks in the area.
