"(Coming from Château-Ville-Vieille). Southeast of Briançon on the D902. Take the D947 to the left to reach the locality. Follow the D44 north towards Meyriès and ask for directions to the quarries with asbestos, actinolite, and chrysocolla." [Belot, 1978]

Asbestos occurrence exploited between 1941 and 1980 as quarries and short galleries.
