A W-Ag-Bi vein deposit explored in the 1800s, with some small scale mining activity reported in 1879 and 1885. The deposit was explored in 1958 and about 1000 t. of ore was processed. No activity since 1958 is known.

According to the Quebec Natural resource website the mine was working a Devonian intrusion vein of Granodiorite hosted in the Silurian Devonian sedimentary Frontenac Formation.
Coordinates are taken from Cattalani 1987.
