A gold mine just north of Chesaw. The ore occurred as a vein in greenstone. Development consisted of a 326' adit and a shaft. 11 carloads of ore were produced in 1907.
Structure: Minor Local Faulting
Tectonics: Eugeosyncline
Commodity: 11 carloads ore 1907
Deposit: Quartz fissure vein in greenstone there could be reserves in the shaft.
Development: Adit and shaft. In 1909 a cloudburst filled the mine shaft and stopes with water and surface debris. In 1938 an at tempt was made to clear the stope where the most high-grade o re was mined; the results are unknown.
Geology: Geol.desc: 1 in-6 ft vein width
