Small halite mine 6 km ESE from Estopiñán, located at Keuper (Triassic) levels. At present, the deposit is within the Canelles Reservoir. The area is accessible only when the water level is low in the reservoir. Some salt works were located in the area, where a salt water spring located next to the mine was exploited. Coordinates of the old salt works area are marked.
