A small prospect located about 5 miles NE of Coarse Gold.

Mineralization is hosted in a small pegmatite.

Some of the best axinites in the USA were dug here, apparently mostly by Oscar Giestler (spelling ?) of San Francisco. Later Terry Szenics dug in the same place with much less success, but enough to know that it must have been where Giestler got his specimens.
